License — PULSE

In plain language: You bought PULSE for your organization. Use it across your team and sites, and tailor it to your operation. Please don't resell it, give it away, or publish it outside your company. PULSE is provided as-is — always sanity-check the numbers for your own operation. The maker keeps the rights to PULSE; you have a license to use it.

The terms

Who may use it: the purchasing organization — its employees and contractors — across the organization's own facilities and sites, for internal operations.
Users & sites: unlimited within the one purchasing organization (no per-seat counting).
Modification: permitted for the organization's own internal use (adjust inputs, relabel, extend).
Redistribution / resale: not permitted — do not share, sublicense, resell, republish, or distribute the workbook or its guides outside the purchasing organization.
Distributed derivatives: not permitted (modify for internal use, but don't sell or distribute a modified version).
Ownership: the maker retains all intellectual property in PULSE; the buyer receives a license to use, not ownership.
Updates: free updates within the purchased version; new major versions may be sold separately.
Warranty & liability: provided "as is," without warranty. You're responsible for validating outputs for your own operation. Liability is limited to the purchase price.

Refunds

Because PULSE is an instant digital download, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once downloaded — but if it doesn't work as described, contact support within 14 days for a fix or refund.
